Happy Wednesday! I know I normally post on Tuesdays, but yesterday was a little more eventful than I had originally intended. We check on Baby C yesterday morning, and all is still well. We're nearing our due date pretty quickly, and now it's just a little waiting game! I'm currently 36 weeks and 3 days, and I'm so thankful to say that I'm still feeling great :) Just getting so excited to meet our little love! Yesterday was also my momma's birthday, so we had dinner with my parents last night to celebrate!
As you can probably tell, my preggo belly was much smaller when we shot this look than the bump I'm rocking these days..haha! Although I was much smaller then, this non-maternity jumpsuit has grown with me throughout my pregnancy, and was one of my most worn pieces over the last few months. Although it's non-maternity, it doesn't have a waist band or tie waist, so there is plenty of room for your growing bump. I also love the lightweight material because it was perfect for the hot summer days, but can also be transitioned into fall by layering it with a cardigan or denim jacket. I've done my best to style non-maternity pieces that work with a bump through all stages of pregnancy, and I'm so excited that I will be able to wear most of my recent purchases after Baby C's arrival as well. I just couldn't justify putting so much money into a full maternity wardrobe when I would only be able to wear it for a few months.
I will be linking all outfit details below under "Shop the Post", and I will link a few maternity options as well. If you are looking for maternity pieces, I will say that PinkBlush has been my go-to over the last few months of my pregnancy. Not only do they have great maternity pieces that are both stylish and comfortable, their pieces range from pajamas to casual everyday staples and even shower/maternity shoot dresses. I also love that they carry quite a few baby products/clothes and many of their maternity pieces can transition into your nursing and postpartum wardrobe. My personal favorite PinkBlush maternity piece would have to be these maternity flares (so fun!) which you can see how I styled here.
Although I've loved finding pieces throughout my pregnancy that work with a bump, I am definitely looking forward to getting back into "normal" clothing. I miss my jeans and high-waisted pants, and we're starting to run out of room over here! I'm also so looking forward to sweater season and I'm dying over how cute all the little baby sweaters and cardigans are! Dressing Baby C may quickly becoming my new favorite past time!
I hope you're all having a great week so far. It's a short week, so that's a plus :)
