Favorite Fuzzy Sweater

Hello Pretties!

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm so excited! Ugh, why is it such a struggle to show up at work during the holiday season?! I just want to stay home in my cozy clothes and decorate for Christmas.. Is that too much to ask?

This is our first holiday as husband and wife, and Carl Michael and I are making our way across Texas over the next few days. On Thanksgiving day, we will be watching our Fightin' Texas Aggies BTHO LSU in College Station and I seriously cannot wait. We haven't had time over the past couple of years to really go back and visit our old stomping grounds, but I've heard the new Kyle Field is A-MAZING! What a great way to spend our first Thanksgiving as newlyweds, right? I'm a little worried about the weather (I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold), but hopefully my big comfy sweater keeps me warm. We're then heading to Houston to spend some time with his family, and then we'll head back home to celebrate with my parents here in the Fort. Traveling can be exhausting, but it's all worth it to get to see everyone and spend time with each other over the holidays. Weekends just aren't long enough, so having a few days off from work is such a treat :)

This outfit is perfect for Thanksgiving. It's warm, comfy and cozy. I paired it with these heeled booties, but you could put it with a cute, more comfortable pair of boots depending on your plans for the day. Also, this sweater is loose-fitting, so you can eat as much turkey, dressing and pie as your little heart desires and it will still hide your food baby haha! I've literally been living in this sweater lately. My husband is going to wonder if I'm behind on laundry or something. (I am behind on laundry..shh!, but that's definitely not why this outfit has been on repeat). You get the picture.. this sweater is awesome and I'm obsessed. Outfit details are linked below.

Happy Thanksgiving and Safe Travels!

XOXO MEGAN KRISTINE.
