So I posted a clip of this dress last week on my Instagram feed, and I received an INSANE amount of questions about where I got it, what size I'm wearing, etc. This dress is actually just one of those random pieces I picked up at Target on a quick grocery run one night. I thought it was cute, so I put it in my basket and bought it without even trying it on. When I got home and put it on, I was pleasantly surprised! I don't normally wear too much color, so I was iffy about the purple at first, but it definitely grew on me. I love the floral print and the feminine details and ruffles on this dress. It's so pretty you really don't need much jewelry to pull off a soft fall look paired with suede booties. Not to mention the sleeves, which I'm obsessed with. You can wear them long, but since they are elastic, I like to pull them up and it creates a bell sleeve look, which I'm currently loving.
After I told a few girls where I got it, they all started coming back to me and saying it was sold out or Target didn't have the size they needed.. but GOOD NEWS Y'ALL: They restocked this dress in all sizes online!! I'm wearing a size small here.
I have always loved Target and I have bought clothes there since I can remember. But they are really stepping up their game lately!
I'm so sorry I've been slacking on my posts lately.. Wedding festivities have begun in full swing! Last weekend was my bachelorette party in Dallas (blog post to come!) and I'm still so overwhelmed with the amount of love I felt! I really do have the best friends and family a girl could ask for (and sometimes I get a little emotional about it). Hopefully I won't be ugly crying when I walk down the aisle next month...
This weekend is our couples shower and I can't wait! We have so many beautiful friends and family coming into town to celebrate. We have been so busy lately and time is seriously flying by. I marry my love in only 44 days!!!!
I hope y'all are having a great weeks so far.. we are almost to the weekend :) Outfit details are linked below.
XOXO MEGAN KRISTINE.
